First of all, thanks for caring enough to visit this page. It says something about your integrity.

This site is the product of countless hours of professional experience combined with many hours of writing and recording. Though most of the content is free for reading and listening, it’s not free for the taking.

Everything you see on this site, except where explicitly noted, is copyrighted by Tammy Lenski in the year that it was first published. This doesn’t mean you can’t use any material from this site, but it does mean there are a few things you need to know and do in order to use any of my content:

• I welcome your link to an article from a website you own or edit. In accordance with copyright law, you may excerpt small amounts of an article, generally two to three paragraphs at most. The excerpt must include attribution and link directly to the original source of the excerpt.
• If you wish to re-issue any of my original content in a print publication, you must request prior written approval. You can find how to reach me on my contact page.
• Scraped or cut-and-paste reproductions of entire posts are strictly prohibited and are copyright infringement. I take copyright violations seriously and will pursue them.

12. You hereby represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights in and to all Postings you provide and all material they contain and that such Postings shall not infringe any proprietary or other rights of third parties.
13. Where Tammy Lenski LLC provides hypertext links to other sites we do so for information purposes only.
14. The Terms of Use contain the entire understanding between us with respect of our Sites.
15. Should any part of the Terms of Use be declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, this shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion and such remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid portion of the Terms of Use had been eliminated.

Any other disputes will be resolved as follows: If in the unlikely event of a dispute under this Agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it between us and/or with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator. Any costs and fees other than fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
