One-on-one mentoring
The mentor program is six months of unlimited one-on-one access to Tammy by phone and email. The frequency of calls and emails is up to you. You and Tammy begin by establishing objectives for the mentoring and work from those, adapting as needed over time.
Tammy works with mediators, conflict coaches and other ADR professionals in one or more of these areas:
- Business strategy: Positioning yourself in your market, marketing strategy, etc.
- Business tactics: Responding to specific client or business situation, setting fees, etc.
- Technology implementation: Setting up client relationship management systems, social media, etc.
- The mediation craft: Dealing with impasse, strengthening your framing, responding to high emotions, etc.; also suitable for conflict coaches who want to improve their conflict coaching skillset.
The fee is $3,000, which you should have no trouble recouping through increased business. Full payment is required to begin the mentoring process and the fee is non-refundable. You may “pause” mentoring at any point, up to two months at a time, at which point Tammy stops the calendar until you’re ready to begin again.

Situational consults
Sometimes you don’t need an entire program. You have an immediate need for help with a clear, well-defined mediation or other ADR business or services matter. Tammy’s situational consulting option gives you one hour on the phone plus unlimited email exchange for five business days following the call.

Keynotes, seminars and presentations
In addition to keynotes, seminars, and presentations on conflict resolution, Tammy trains and educates conflict resolution professionals in a number of formats, including on-site for dispute resolution groups, teleseminars, videoconferencing, and one–day seminars in New England. Topics include:
