Educational retreats
What would your life be like if you no longer carried the stress of conflict on your shoulders? What would your days be like if you knew how to keep your balance during disagreements and strengthen your most important relationships in the process?
My “conflict zen retreats” are conflict resolution seminars in a peaceful retreat setting. They’re designed to create inspiring, reflective space for you to learn simple, mindful approaches for keeping your balance, changing your reactions, and radically shifting how you engage conflict at home and work.
I offer these retreats in one- to two-day formats. Enrollment caps ensure you have the opportunity for one-on-one attention. Each day of the retreat includes reflection time, learning and coaching time, and hearty meal and discussion time. Retreats are typically held in New England but can be arranged anywhere if you have a group already in place.
Conflict zen retreats are not Zen meditation retreats. Participants are not usually Zen practitioners and no interest in or knowledge of Zen is needed. Visit Why “conflict zen”? for more information on the use of the term “zen” in the context of this work.
