Conflict coaching and consulting

Conflict coaching is a specialized form of executive and performance coaching. Tammy coaches executives, managers, business partners, couples and others to help them achieve these kinds of results:

  • Change the way they engage conflict at work and/or home.
  • Learn how to negotiate powerfully for themselves or advocate strongly for their team without damaging professional, personal or client relationships.
  • Get a fresh perspective on a conflict situation with a business partner, important client or family member.
  • Learn how to get less “hooked” by conflict or get over being a “conflict junkie” (in other words, balance good directness with minimizing the debris in their wake).
  • Learn how to be more direct or less bowled over by conflict (or, as one of my grad students once said, “how not to be a conflict coward anymore”).
  • Craft a strategy for dealing with a challenging employee, team or client.
  • Craft a thoughtful response to a quickly escalating workplace or family conflict.
  • Figure out how to say what they need to say to someone at work or home.

Tammy offers two standard options for one-on-one coaching and consulting: A six-month coaching program and situational consulting (one-hour consults).
