Cinnie Noble has practised and studied conflict management for over 20 years. She holds undergraduate degrees in law and social work, a Masters in Law in Alternate Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School, and is a Certified Coach (International Coach Federation). Cinnie is President of CINERGY Coaching, providing a wide range of conflict management services. She’s taught courses on workplace dispute resolution and conflict coaching at the University of Toronto, from which she received an Excellence in Teaching Award.
Cinnie has served on the Board of ICF Greater Toronto, is host of ICF’s Special Interest Group on Conflict Coaching, and chairs the Association for Conflict Resolution’s Conflict Coaching Committee. She has authored four books, including Mediation Advocacy: Effective Client Representation in Mediation Proceedings and Family Mediation: A Guide for Lawyers, and numerous articles on dispute resolution.
