“Better” is an wonderful read – I can personally recommend that one. I am guessing you have some Zen in your life and as a practitioner myself, I think that conflict resolution and Zen are infinitely connected. If I am doing well as a conflict manager, it is because I am strong in my mindfulness practice. Thank you!

Mary, so glad you enjoyed “Better” – it is a captivating and informative read. I’m not a formal student of Zen but I have read about Zen and mindfulness for many years and I practice mindfulness meditation regularly. It makes a difference, as you noted.
