Many people have asked me if I could provide a BASIC training course that concentrated on the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), a course that would precede the eight-hour Advanced Course in Conflict Management.

I am pleased to announce the new EIGHTY-MINUTE recorded course: BASIC Training in Conflict Management, which includes a 30 page Course Manual.
