simply better ways to negotiate and resolve conflict

Cole Silver’s raindancing expert audio series

Cole Silver is an attorney and marketing consultant who helps attorneys succeed in their careers by providing business and career development consulting and related services.

Cole’s also the author of How to Create Wealth and Freedom in Your Law Practice: 101 Powerful Client Development and Retention Strategies for Attorneys and a legal marketing blogger at Legal Marketing Secrets.

I was interviewed by Cole last week as part of his Raindancing Expert Audio Series, which features chats with such marketing and PR luminaries as Harry Beckwith, Tom Antion, Dan Poynter, Dan Janel, Michael Port and Joan Stewart, as well as such successful attorneys as Stephanie West Allen and Arnie Herz. I was tickled pink to be included with such terrific folks!

Everything about my interaction with Cole demonstrated his professionalism and marketing smarts, from his first email to me, to the interview prep information, to the timely interview follow-up.

Cole and I talked about mediation training, mediation marketing, and what distinguishes thriving mediators from the rest of the pack. The interview runs about 30 minutes.
