On April 29 I’ll be making my first trip to Little Rock, Arkansas to present a day-long workshop for the Arkansas Conflict Resolution Association. A big thanks to the folks down there for inviting me!
My workshop, Making Mediation Your Day Job, will teach mediators, arbitrators, conflict coaches and other conflict resolution professionals how to use key conflict resolution skills not only when they’re working with clients, but also to create dialogue with their market and build successful private practices.
While there, I’ll also be signing copies of my mediation business book, which will be provided to all participants. I believe CLE credit will be available for the workshop.
